Update Password

If you don't know your current password, contact the ICT Service Centre.


The new password must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 characters (recommended: 15+).
  • Different from the last 6 passwords.
  • Contain at least 3 of the following: lower case letters, upper case letters, digits and special characters.
  • Doesn’t contain your username or personal identifiable information.
